Pioneer Engineering Consultancy is pleased to announce exciting new career opportunities to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. We are currently seeking qualified and experienced BIM Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage BIM across LOD 100-300
, ensuring clash-free, fully coordinated architectural, structural, and MEP models. Lead and maintain theBIM Execution Plan (BEP)
, model standards, templates, and naming conventions aligned toISO 19650
and project protocols. Runmodel coordination & clash detection
(Navisworks/ACC), drive resolution meetings, track issues to closure, and publish federated models on agreed cycles. Governdata standards (IFC/COBie)
for asset tagging and medical-equipment metadata to support handover, FM, and digital twins. Coordinate with designers, medical planners, and engineers to embedhealthcare codes/requirements
(e.g., NFPA 99/101, HTM/FGI equivalents) and clinical workflows into the model. Oversee4D/5D readiness
(links to program/quantities) and ensure clean model deliverables for downstream construction and FM stakeholders.Requirements
Bachelor's in Architecture/Engineering (or similar) with
7-10 years BIM leadership
, includinghospital/healthcare projects
. Expert inRevit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360
; solid grasp of IFC and model federation workflows. Proven delivery underISO 19650
(or PAS 1192) with strong BEP authoring, model QA/QC, and information management. DeepMEP coordination
experience (medical gases, critical power, ventilation/pressurization) and familiarity withhealthcare codes
. Hands-on withCOBie/asset data
, parameters, and schedules; can structure models for FM and digital twin use. Strong stakeholder management and communication; able to run coordination meetings, report KPIs, and train project teams.Job Type: Full-time
