We are looking for an experienced

BIM Manager

with strong architectural project exposure to lead and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for our projects. The candidate will oversee BIM workflows, ensure coordination among disciplines, maintain high model accuracy, and implement project-specific BIM standards and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee BIM activities across multiple projects, with a focus on

architectural modeling

. Develop, implement, and maintain

BIM standards

, templates, and workflows. Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure seamless integration of models. Conduct

clash detection, quality checks, and design coordination

using Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM tools. Prepare and maintain

BIM Execution Plans (BEP)

and ensure compliance with client and company protocols. Supervise the creation and management of detailed Revit models and documentation. Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical support to BIM modelers and coordinators. Liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams regarding BIM deliverables. Support the implementation of new BIM technologies and process improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum

7-10 years of BIM experience

, with significant exposure to

architectural projects

. Proven experience in

BIM management or lead coordination roles

. Proficient in

Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD

, and other BIM-related software. Strong understanding of

architectural modeling, detailing, and construction documentation

. Familiarity with

international BIM standards

(ISO 19650, AIA, PAS 1192). Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Doha office

. Coordination and work-related communication shall be done as instructed by

RITS Management

and/or

project leads

. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by management as needed.
