1. We would like to look for and architect with \xe2\x80\x9cplanning and design experience\xe2\x80\x9d as an addition to the requirement mentioned below.
2. With good working knowledge with Revit and Cad.
3. Responsible for the overall BIM project set up and management of all models created for the project.
4. Acts as the liaison with and the primary coordinator between the Client and all discipline BIM teams.
5. Develops, prepares and maintains the project BIM PEP (Project Execution Plan) based on the Client\xe2\x80\x99s BIM requirements, throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Manages and oversees all parties developing the BIM to ensure a fully coordinated model is produced at each stage.
