- Company Wide Strategic BIM Development & Maintenance
- Procedures & Workflows development
- Establishing & Updating Templates as needed
- Content Management & Families
- Provide Direction and guide teams in Project Setup.
- Develop BEP as required
- Liaise with technical & production teams to ensure stage delivery
- Responsible for creation & management of Project Models
- Responsible for Model Auditing & Health Check ups
- Review & Lead clash detection and resolution workshops with all stakeholders
- Provide Training & Direction to in-house teams
- Ability to assess performance & interviewing potential candidates
- Manage Cloud-Based CDE
Qualifications
Additional Information
Minimum 5-10 Years of experience. Good communication skills. Must have excellent command of Revit & Navisworks \xe2\x80\x93 Solibri Knowledge is a plus
- Degree in Architectural Engineering / Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience as BIM Manager
- Ability to demonstrate understanding of a Company\xe2\x80\x99s Strategic BIM implementation.
- Must have knowledge of commercial BIM Aspects & have the ability to develop BEP\xe2\x80\x99s as per Client Requirements.
Additional Information
