Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company-wide BIM strategy, standards, and execution plan (BEP) for high-rise civil construction projects.
• Manage, mentor, and train the project BIM/CAD teams, ensuring high quality and consistency of BIM models and data.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of Revit models, ensuring accuracy, adherence to project specifications, and coordination across all disciplines.
• Facilitate collaboration and coordination meetings, utilizing BIM for clash detection, quantity take-offs, 4D (scheduling), and 5D (cost) applications.
• Interface with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth information exchange and compliance with BIM requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, software, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Experience: A minimum of 12+ years of professional experience in the construction industry.
• Sector Specific: Mandatory experience working for a high-rise civil construction company in the UAE is essential.
• Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency with Autodesk Revit is required. Experience with other BIM/digital tools (e.g., Navisworks, Civil 3D, Dynamo) is a strong advantage.
• Leadership: Proven experience managing a BIM team and successfully implementing BIM on large, complex projects.
• Skills: Strong understanding of construction processes, excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
