BIM MANAGER (BUILDING INFORMATION MODELLING) Requirements: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, (e.g. Revit Structure Certified Professional).Extensive experience in BIM implementation and management, with a proven track record of successful projects (Min 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience required).Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit Structure, Navisworks, and other relevant tools.Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction process, and industry standards.Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.Familiarity with quantity takeoff, cost estimation, and project scheduling using BIM tools is advantageous. Duties & Responsibilities BIM Implementation and Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive BIM implementation strategy tailored to our company needs and project requirements. Establish clear BIM goals, standards, and protocols. Ensure alignment of BIM practices with the organization\xe2\x80\x99s objectives and industry best practices. BIM Standards and Workflows: Define and maintain BIM standards, templates, and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across projects. Develop and enforce BIM workflows to streamline project processes. Team Coordination : Lead and mentor BIM teams, including BIM modelers, coordinators, and specialists. Provide training and support to ensure that team members are proficient in BIM tools and methodologies. Foster collaboration and communication among multidisciplinary project teams. Model Management and Quality Control : Oversee the creation and management of BIM models, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project requirements. Conduct regular quality checks on BIM models to identify and resolve discrepancies, errors, or clashes. Implement file version control and model data management systems. BIM Collaboration and Integration: Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate BIM coordination and clash detection. Technology Evaluation and Adoption: Stay updated with BIM technologies, tools and industry trends. Evaluate and recommend the adoption of new BIM software, hardware, and technologies that enhance project efficiency and quality. Provide ongoing training and support to project teams and stakeholders in BIM software usage and best practices. Offer technical support to resolve BIM-related issues and challenges.
