Mobility is the goal

Data Management and Exchange:


Ensure the models contain accurate and up-to-date information, and facilitate the exchange of data with engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders. Adding Cobie parameters to 3D model in Revit/BIM as per industry standard

Compliance and Accuracy:


Verify that the models adhere to project specifications, regulations, and Schindler's standards.

Clash Detection and Resolution:


Utilize the models to identify potential clashes or conflicts between different building components and work with relevant parties to resolve them.

Collaboration:


Collaborate with various teams, including design, engineering, and construction, to ensure seamless integration of Schindler's products into building projects.

Project Support:


Provide BIM-related support throughout the project lifecycle, from design and planning to construction and maintenance.

Mobility needs you

Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD). Strong understanding of BIM principles and workflows. Excellent 3D modeling skills. Solid understanding of building construction and engineering principles. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience with Schindler's products and systems (preferred). Relevant Experience (Min 3yrs.)
