Job Description
We are seeking a skilled BIM Draftsman (Landscape) to join our team and support the development of advanced Building Information Models across various disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage BIM models till LOD 500 (As-Built/Asset Information Model).
Produce federated BIM models in Revit (or other approved software as per EIR).
Export models in IFC and NWD formats for coordination and review.
Link asset information to the BIM model as per Employer's requirements.
Coordinate models across disciplines to ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in BIM modelling (Landscape discipline preferred).
Proficiency in Revit (mandatory).
Familiarity with local BIM standards and EIR requirements.
Strong attention to detail and excellent coordination skills.
