Bim Interior Designer
Job Description
Develop and manage BIM models for interior design projects.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate BIM workflows and ensure model accuracy and consistency.
Produce detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations using BIM software.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to integrate interior design elements into overall project plans.
Conduct regular model reviews and clash detection to identify and resolve design conflicts.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BIM technologies and industry best practices.
Assist in the development and implementation of BIM standards and protocols.
Provide training and support to team members on BIM tools and processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design with a focus on BIM. Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. Strong understanding of interior design principles and practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving ability. Professional certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is a plus.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
