Job Description

:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced BIM Facade Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Revit, BIM 360, and Navisworks, with a strong background in facade systems and advanced modeling techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed and accurate 3D facade models using Revit based on architectural and structural drawings. Create custom Revit families up to LOD 500, ensuring precise geometric and non-geometric data representation. Use BIM 360 for cloud collaboration, model version control, and coordination. Conduct clash detection and coordination using Navisworks, resolving issues with design and MEP teams. Integrate facade systems with other trades while ensuring compliance with project BIM standards. Generate facade-specific documentation including drawings, schedules, and material take-offs from models. Maintain model accuracy and implement revisions based on project updates and coordination feedback.
Requirements:

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in BIM modeling, with a focus on facade systems. Proficient in Revit, including family creation and advanced modelling techniques. Experience with BIM 360 and Navisworks Manage is essential. Ability to model components and assemblies to LOD 500. Strong knowledge of curtain walls, cladding, glazing systems, and building envelope detailing. Capable of interpreting architectural and structural drawings into coordinated facade models. Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Dynamo or parametric design tools is a plus.

Understanding of 4D construction sequencing is advantageous.
