Develop detailed MEP BIM models using software such as Revit.
Conduct clash detection analysis to identify and resolve conflicts in MEP systems.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to coordinate MEP designs.
Ensure that MEP designs meet project specifications, codes, and standards.
Provide technical support and guidance on MEP BIM processes and workflows.
Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in MEP BIM.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
Proven experience in MEP design and BIM coordination.
Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit MEP.
Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of industry standards and codes related to MEP systems.
