POSITION
MEP BIM ENGINEER
REQUIREMENTS
Experience - Min. 3+ years
Expected Joining Date - Immediately
Location: Dubai, UAE
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
? Should holds B.Tech or B.E (all discipline) or any Bachelor's Degree
? BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM project data sets/workflows and project setup.
? Develop discipline-wise models from the basic inputs available for the specific discipline at various stages of the project
? Assist the project team in all technical BIM-related matters.
? Review of clash reports with the project team and the general contractor and lead this process when needed.
? Resolving the Clashes based on the inputs from the concerned team.
? Reporting to the project lead, coordinating with all project teams to ensure the timely delivery of the project requirements.
? Develop the drawings as per the project/client standards by adding annotations like tags, dimensions, and flow rates as required for the Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing/Fire services.
Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit MEP.
Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.
SKILLS
General Skills and Info:
? Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
? 3-5 years of post-graduate experience in BIM
? BIM Project delivery experience
? Must be available to join immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
