For a leading construction company in Dubai seeking a skilled and innovative
BIM Engineer - Facade
to join our team. This role combines technical expertise in Building Information Modeling with specialized facade design and engineering knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain detailed BIM models for facade systems with precision and adherence to project specifications
Shop drawings production experience for facade design derived from BIM models
Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to seamlessly integrate facade design into comprehensive building models
Execute clash detection and resolve design conflicts before construction phases
Develop and implement BIM standards and protocols specific to facade engineering
Design reviews and deliver constructability insights for facade systems
Stay current with industry innovations and emerging BIM and facade technologies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
5 years of BIM coordination experience with facade engineering specialization
proficiency in BIM software including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks.
Comprehensive knowledge of facade materials, systems, and construction methodologies
