Job Description

Reliant Steel Construction L.L.C. is seeking a

BIM Engineer

with

proven UAE construction industry experience

. The candidate

must have hands-on experience in BIM modeling and coordination for construction/steel projects in the UAE

.

Applicants without UAE construction BIM experience will be automatically rejected.



The role involves BIM modeling, coordination, clash detection, shop drawing support, and collaboration with design, project, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare and manage

BIM models

for structural / steel construction projects Develop

LOD 300-400 BIM models

as per project requirements Perform

clash detection

and coordination using Navisworks or similar tools Coordinate with

consultants, contractors, and internal teams

Extract

shop drawings, GA drawings, and quantities

from BIM models Support

shop drawing submissions

and authority/consultant comments Maintain

BIM standards, naming conventions, and model accuracy

Assist project and site teams with

BIM-based coordination issues

Update models as per

RFIs, revisions, and site changes

Ensure compliance with

UAE project BIM requirements and standards
