BIM Manager / Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage 3D models using BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate architectural, structural, and MEP models Perform clash detection and resolve issues using Navisworks or similar tools Prepare BIM execution plans and ensure adherence to BIM standards (ISO 19650, etc.) Generate construction documents, shop drawings, and quantity take-offs from BIM models Support the implementation of new BIM tools and technologies Provide training and support to project teams on BIM best practices Participate in coordination meetings and contribute to design reviews Required

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field 5-8+ years of experience in BIM engineering or coordination roles Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360 Understanding of construction processes, codes, and BIM standards Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, RICS BIM Manager) Experience with tools like Dynamo, Solibri, or Tekla Structures Knowledge of 4D/5D BIM and integration with scheduling/cost tools
