Position Summary:

We are looking for forward-thinking

BIM Architects

and

BIM Engineers

to join our team and support complex design and construction projects using

Autodesk Revit

and other BIM technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for model creation, coordination, and documentation while ensuring that design intent is maintained through the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities (Common to Both Roles):

Develop and manage accurate, data-rich Revit models throughout all project phases (concept to construction). Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure models are coordinated across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. Participate in BIM coordination meetings, clash detection processes, and model reviews using tools like Navisworks and BIM Collaborate Pro. Contribute to and adhere to BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and project-specific workflows compliant with ISO 19650 standards. Prepare construction documentation, visualizations, and technical drawings from BIM models. Integrate and manage project-specific content including families, parameters, and schedules. Maintain model performance and data integrity by following project protocols. Engage in QA/QC processes to validate geometry and non-graphical data accuracy. Support automation of repetitive tasks through Dynamo or similar scripting tools (optional but preferred).

Additional Responsibilities for BIM Architect:

Ensure that the architectural design intent is faithfully translated into the BIM model. Coordinate with clients and design stakeholders to align architectural goals with project requirements. Develop parametric Revit families to support architectural detailing and design iterations. Collaborate with visualization teams for renders, walkthroughs, and presentations.

Additional Responsibilities for BIM Engineer (Structural or MEP):

Interpret engineering calculations and integrate them into Revit models (e.g., reinforcement, duct sizing). Ensure model fidelity aligns with industry standards and engineering specifications. Coordinate closely with other engineers and construction teams to resolve conflicts. Generate engineering-specific drawings such as schematics, shop drawings, and detailed sections.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Engineering (Architect , Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.). 3+ years of experience in BIM modeling and documentation using Autodesk Revit. Strong knowledge of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650, LOD requirements, IFC workflows). Proficient in Revit and at least one coordination tool (e.g., Navisworks, Solibri, BIM Collaborate Pro). Strong understanding of interdisciplinary coordination principles. Familiarity with Dynamo, Rhino/Grasshopper, or scripting is a plus. Excellent teamwork, communication, and detail-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills for 2025:

Experience with cloud-based collaboration platforms (e.g., ACC, BIM 360, Trimble Connect). Awareness of AI and automation tools integrated with BIM workflows. Understanding of digital twin principles and data-driven decision-making. Exposure to 4D/5D BIM (time/cost simulation) or sustainability analysis tools (e.g., Insight, One Click LCA).
