About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated

BIM Engineer

to join our dynamic team for upcoming

high-rise building projects

. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and managing BIM models, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the highest standards of design and construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models using Revit and Navisworks. Coordinate BIM across architectural, structural, MEP, and construction teams. Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts before construction. Generate construction drawings, schedules, and detailed design documentation. Support project teams in BIM execution and model development throughout all phases (Design, Construction, As-built). Implement and follow company BIM standards, protocols, and BEP (BIM Execution Plan). Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, contractors, and consultants. Assist in the implementation of BIM 360 and cloud-based collaboration platforms.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum 8 of experience in BIM for

high-rise or large-scale building projects

. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360. Strong understanding of construction processes, detailing, and coordination. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: AED11,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
