Job Description

Requirements:

Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP). Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary BIM models using Revit and Navisworks. Conduct clash detection and resolve issues collaboratively with design and site teams. Lead BIM coordination meetings and facilitate communication between disciplines. Generate 3D/4D/5D models for planning, sequencing, and cost estimation purposes. Ensure models are accurate, well-organized, and compliant with project and company standards. Support the production of shop drawings and BOQs extracted from BIM models. Collaborate with planning and cost control teams to synchronize models with project timelines and budgets. Provide technical support and guidance to engineers, draftsmen, and site teams. Work with project teams to optimize workflows and implement BIM best practices. Train and upskill staff on BIM tools, standards, and processes where required.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BIM coordination within the construction industry. Proven experience in using BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Dynamo. Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and BIM documentation (EIR, BEP, MIDP). Familiar with 4D and 5D BIM for simulation, costing, and visualization. Strong understanding of interdisciplinary coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP designs. Previous experience with UAE-based projects preferred.
