Job Roles & Responsibilities

Develop Building Information Model (BIM) for the MEP services.
Develop 2D drawing based on the coordinated BIM.
Sheet setup in Revit & Export 2D from 3D Model
3D modelling, drafting and detailing.
Preparation of Shop drawings, IFC drawings of Power, Lighting, Central battery based Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm, Telephone, CCTV & Access Control System layout, etc.
Preparation of the Single line diagram as per standards.
Prepare bill of quantities.
Coordination of MEP services.
Design structured cabling system.
Preparation of technical/project reports and documentation of the project.

Skill Sets Required

Software Knowledge:

Revit, Navis work, AutoCAD
