to join our engineering and design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing accurate BIM models, preparing detailed architectural/structural drawings, coordinating with multiple disciplines, and ensuring compliance with project standards and authority requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, update, and manage
BIM models
using Revit for Architectural/Structural/MEP disciplines as required.
Prepare detailed
2D drawings and 3D models
based on project requirements.
Ensure models and drawings comply with
UAE authority standards
and project specifications.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve clashes and discrepancies.
Perform
clash detection
and prepare coordination drawings.
Maintain model accuracy, documentation, and version control.
Prepare
shop drawings
,
as-built drawings
, and
presentation models
as needed.
Assist in BIM implementation, standards, templates, and workflows.
Support engineers in preparing technical inputs, schedules, and documentation.
Attend coordination meetings and ensure timely deliverables.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architecture, or related field.
3-5 years of BIM drafting experience (UAE experience).
Strong proficiency in
Autodesk Revit
,
AutoCAD
, and BIM coordination tools.
Good knowledge of
UAE authority requirements
(DDA, DM, Trakhees, etc.).
Ability to read, interpret, and understand architectural/structural/MEP drawings.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection.
Experience in preparing LOD 300-400 models.
Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
