Bim Draftsman (architectural & Structural)

Job Description
The BIM Draftsman will support project teams with drafting and modeling using Autodesk software, mainly Revit and AutoCAD. Candidates must have at least 2-3 years of experience in CAD/BIM.
Responsibilities:
Develop BIM models from 2D to LOD 500 and restore incomplete/corrupted models.
Produce models according to BIM standards and BEP requirements.
Create object libraries, components, and families as per LOD matrix.
Coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely submission of models.
Experience in both architectural and structural modeling.
Preferred experience with systems such as panels, precast, GRC, metal works, doors, joinery, FF&E, landscape, and facade works.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Revit (including structural drafting), AutoCAD, and Navisworks (preferred).
- Autodesk certification.
