Bim Coordinator Landscape Experience
Job Description
Coordinate with the external BIM team on the landscape design BIM model using Autodesk Revit from LOD 400 to LOD 500 levels in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan, IFC set of drawings, IFC BIM model, and the complete set of shop drawings extracted and developed from LOD 400 and As-Built drawings from LOD 500 as well.
Work proficiently in AutoCAD and consistently produce high-quality landscape 2D drawings.
Knowledge of AEC industry standards and practices.
Issue clearances to the required parties on a case-by-case basis.
Experience in clash detection and preparation of clash reports using Navisworks, populating them to the related disciplines.
Knowledge of the Dynamo plug-in, SketchUp, and Adobe PDF software is an added advantage.
Excellent knowledge of BIM implementation, management, construction details, landscape hardscape, swimming pools, water features, softscape, and shop drawing /packages.
A minimum of 5 years of experience working on landscape projects in the UAE.
