Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

BIM & CAD Manager

specialized in

Architectural projects

to oversee the implementation, coordination, and delivery of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and CAD processes across multiple design and construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency in architectural modeling and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and support the architectural BIM and CAD teams in developing accurate and coordinated 3D models and drawings. Establish and maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows to ensure consistency across projects. Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure effective model integration and data accuracy. Manage project-specific BIM execution plans (BEP) and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee the development and management of Revit families, libraries, and CAD blocks for architectural elements. Conduct regular quality checks and clash detection to identify and resolve design coordination issues. Provide training, mentorship, and technical support to BIM and CAD staff. Collaborate with IT teams to maintain BIM-related software, tools, and hardware resources. Support the project team in producing detailed architectural drawings, schedules, and visual presentations. Stay updated with the latest BIM trends, technologies, and software developments.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum

5-8 years of experience

in BIM and CAD management, specifically in architectural projects. Strong proficiency in

Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD

, and

Navisworks

. Solid understanding of architectural detailing, construction documentation, and coordination processes. Experience in managing BIM Execution Plans and developing BIM standards. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of Dynamo, Enscape, Lumion, or other visualization tools. Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards. Experience with coordination of MEP and Structural models.
