Job Description

Universal BIM & CAD Technical Services L.L.C. is urgently hiring experienced

Electrical BIM Modelers

for ongoing high-profile projects in Dubai. We are looking for candidates who are

currently based in the UAE

and can

join immediately

.

Key Responsibilities



Create detailed 3D BIM models for electrical systems using

Revit MEP

Prepare and update

shop drawings

,

as-built drawings

, and

single-line diagrams

Coordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, architectural, structural) to ensure clash-free models Conduct

clash detection

using tools like

Navisworks

Follow project-specific BIM execution plans and standards Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and client specifications

Job Requirements



Minimum

3 years of experience

in Electrical BIM Modeling (UAE experience preferred) Proficiency in

Revit MEP

,

AutoCAD

,

Navisworks

Strong knowledge of

power

,

lighting

,

containment

, and

ELV systems

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Excellent coordination and communication skills Must be

based in the UAE

and available for

immediate joining
