to join our client, a leading construction company in Qatar. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong drafting expertise, advanced knowledge of BIM tools, and the ability to deliver precise and high-quality architectural drawings that align with project and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, develop, and maintain
architectural drawings and BIM models
in line with project requirements.
Collaborate and coordinate effectively with
architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
Review, update, and refine drawings based on
project changes, client feedback, and technical input
.
Ensure all drawings adhere to
company, project, and international standards
.
Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and supporting documentation.
Requirements
Qualification:
ITI/Diploma in Civil/Architectural Drafting or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of
5 years' experience
in architectural drafting.
Prior work experience in the
Middle East
will be considered an advantage.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of
BIM tools (Revit, AutoCAD, or equivalent)
and drafting standards.
Languages:
Proficiency in
English and Hindi
(Arabic is a plus).
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.

Compensation & Benefits:
Basic Salary:
QAR 4,000 - 5,000 (based on experience).
