Job Summary



We are seeking a professional, courteous, and well-presented

Bilingual Receptionist

fluent in

Arabic and English

to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. The role involves handling front-desk operations, managing calls and correspondence, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities



Front Desk Management



Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally

Client & Visitor Handling



Provide accurate information in both Arabic and English regarding company services, directions, and appointments. Manage visitor logbooks, issue visitor badges, and ensure security protocols are followed.

Administrative Support



Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services. Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate refreshments as required. Assist with basic data entry, filing, and document preparation. Support other departments with translation of basic documents or communication when required.

Communication Management



Draft, edit, and translate correspondence in both Arabic and English. Maintain up-to-date contact lists. Relay messages to staff accurately and promptly.

Other Duties



Assist with office events, travel bookings, and hospitality arrangements. Perform any other related duties assigned by management.

Requirements



Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a corporate environment.

Languages:

Native-level proficiency in

Arabic

and fluent in

English

(spoken and written).

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented approach. Professional appearance and demeanor. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
