Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate the specific heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) requirements of clients including the project scope, environmental conditions, and energy efficiency goals.
Responsible for lead generation and achieve the given sales target.
Collaborate with the engineering team to design custom HVAC solutions that meet client needs, ensuring compliance with local building codes and standards.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, explaining the technical aspects of HVAC systems, how they meet client needs, and the benefits of proposed solutions.
Identify potential clients and projects within the MEP sector. Qualify leads based on project size, budget, and timeline.
Create detailed proposals, including technical specifications, cost estimates, and timelines. This may involve coordinating with the engineering and procurement teams.
Negotiate terms with clients, addressing any concerns or objections, and work towards closing sales deals that align with company goals.
Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the internal engineering team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
Oversee the progress of HVAC projects, ensuring that they stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. Address any issues that arise during installation or implementation.
Provide ongoing support to clients after the sale, including troubleshooting, system optimization, and maintenance advice.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the latest HVAC products, technologies, and industry trends. This helps in providing the best solutions to clients and staying competitive in the market.
Keep track of competitors' offerings and market positioning to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, consultants, and end-users.
Attending industry events, trade shows, and seminars to network with potential clients and stay updated on industry developments.
Select, motivate and monitor the performance of the staff below.
Attend trainings and seminars to upgrade the knowledge.
