Job Summary
We seek a motivated and detail-oriented
Bilingual (EN/FR) Travel Agent
based in Marrakech to join our growing team. You will be responsible for assisting clients, managing bookings, and contributing to the continued success of Joy Morocco.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with travel planning, online reservations, and personalized recommendations.
Manage incoming and outgoing emails and ensure timely responses.
Handle bookings for accommodations, tours, transportation, and other travel services.
Prospect and attract new clients through excellent service and proactive outreach.
Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and client preferences.
Collaborate with internal teams to create customized travel experiences.
Use tools such as Canva to prepare travel documents or marketing materials when needed.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a travel agent or in a customer service role preferred.
Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with travel booking systems is an advantage.
Comfortable using digital tools and image editing software (e.g., Canva).
