Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries in both Arabic and English with professionalism.
Conduct outbound follow-up calls when needed.
Provide accurate, timely, and courteous resolutions to customer issues.
Document all customer interactions with attention to detail.
Requirements
English proficiency:
B2 level minimum.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Ready to start immediately.
Graduates.
Giza residents preferred.
Work Schedule & Shift Details
Morning and rotationa
l shifts available.
Female representatives' last shift ends at 7:00 PM.
9 working hours per day (including breaks).
2 rotational days off per week.
Base Salary: EGP 12,800 (Gross)
KPI Bonus: EGP 1,000
Night Shift Transportation Allowance: EGP 3,000

EGP 17,300

: EGP 13,827
