Job Description
We are looking for a Case Coordinator - Bilingual (Arabic & English)
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Conduct regular staff meetings with the care team.
- Motivate staff to maintain high standards of patient care.
- Ensure that every patient is accounted for in the Patient Care Program.
- Ensure a balanced workload for every worker in the care team.
Qualifications:
- Graduate with Bachelor\'s Degree (preferably related to Medical).
- With at least 2 years of work experience as a Case Coordinator / Patient Relations Officer / Clinic supervisor in a healthcare facility such as Home care, Hospital, Medical Center, or Clinic.
- Social Communication & Organizational skills are a must.
- Leadership qualities are an advantage.
- With Good Communication Skills in Arabic & English.
- Immediately Available.
