Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Bike Rider to handle package and food deliveries across assigned areas in the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, safe, and accurate delivery of items while maintaining high customer satisfaction and adhering to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver packages, food items, or documents to customers and business locations as assigned.
• Ensure timely deliveries following the company's route and schedule.
• Verify delivery information, such as addresses and contact details, before departure.
• Collect payment (if applicable) and ensure receipts are properly recorded.
• Maintain the delivery bike in good working condition; report any issues to the supervisor.
• Follow all UAE traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and presentable appearance and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist in packaging or dispatch operations when required.
• Keep accurate delivery records and submit daily reports.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE Motorcycle Driving License (mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a delivery or courier rider in UAE preferred.
• Knowledge of local routes and navigation systems (Google Maps, Waze, etc.).
• Basic communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi is an advantage).
• Good physical fitness and time management skills.
• Punctual, reliable, and customer-focused.
