Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end bidding process for hospitality and catering service contracts.
Develop, review, and submit competitive proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders.
Negotiate contract terms and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate closely with operations, finance, and procurement teams to align contract deliverables.
Maintain a database of contracts, monitor renewals, and ensure timely documentation updates.
Conduct risk assessments and identify opportunities for contract improvements.
Represent the company during pre-bid meetings, contract negotiations, and client presentations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in bid management and contract administration within the hospitality or catering sector.
Strong understanding of public and private sector tendering processes in the UAE.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
