Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Bid Writer

to join our team . The Bid Writer will be responsible for preparing, writing, and submitting high-quality, persuasive proposals in response to tenders and requests for proposals (RFPs) from government agencies and diplomatic missions.

Key Responsibilities:



Research and analyze RFPs, tenders, and other client documentation to understand the requirements and scope of work. Write clear, concise, and compelling proposals that respond to client needs and differentiate our services in the visa outsourcing industry. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, legal, operations, finance) to gather necessary information and inputs for the proposal. Ensure all proposals are compliant with client specifications, legal requirements, and internal processes. Develop standardized responses, case studies, and templates for use in future proposals. Ensure the proposal content is of the highest quality, well-structured, and aligns with the company's branding and tone. Continuously update and maintain proposal content to ensure it is current, relevant, and effective. Collaborate with the Bid Manager, Sales Team, and subject matter experts to gather technical, financial, and operational data for bid submissions. Engage with key stakeholders to clarify project objectives, timelines, and deliverables for proposals. Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met and submissions are on time. Track and report on the progress of bid submissions to relevant stakeholders. Conduct research on market trends to support the development of strategic proposals. Stay updated on industry trends, changes in regulations, and the competitive landscape to ensure proposals are tailored to current market conditions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, International Relations, or a related field. Proven experience in bid writing, proposal development, or business development. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive proposals. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple proposals simultaneously, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines. Strong research skills and ability to understand complex client needs. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
