How You\'ll Make an Impact:

\xc2\xb7 Preparation of Technical and Commercial service proposals

\xc2\xb7 Provide administrative, technical and commercial support to Sales team

\xc2\xb7 Work to create and develop scope of proposals together with other departments and entities.

\xc2\xb7 Request and receive pricing from affiliate vendors to support proposals

\xc2\xb7 Engagement and collaboration with other departments and entities to handle orders

\xc2\xb7 Participate in process improvement activities

\xc2\xb7 To always represent the organization in a professional manner, both internally and externally

\xc2\xb7 To follow the published processes and comply with all company policies and procedures

\xc2\xb7 To be an ambassador for the businesses and in particular to ensure that Health & Safety comes first at all times

What you Bring

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or related.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Rotating Equipment

\xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of sales cycles and processes

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of CRM Tool Salesforce.com (or other similar system)

\xc2\xb7 Previous Experience with complex tender compilation/preparation

\xc2\xb7 Strong Business Acumen and Commercial sense

\xc2\xb7 Experience of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Access) is essential

\xc2\xb7 Methodical with a high level of attention to detail

\xc2\xb7 Strong work ethic and commitment to succeed

\xc2\xb7 Good interpersonal skills and a strong team player

\xc2\xb7 Effective communication skills

\xc2\xb7 It is preferred to have experience of working in a Sales team

\xc2\xb7 Experience in working with Sales calculations
