Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bid Executive to join our Facilities Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and submitting high-quality bids and proposals that align with client requirements and company capabilities. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure competitive and compliant submissions that help secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit compelling bids and proposals for FM contracts. Analyze client requirements, tender documents, and market trends to tailor bid strategies. Collaborate with operations, finance, legal, and technical teams to gather relevant information. Ensure all bids comply with industry standards, client specifications, and internal governance. Maintain and update bid documentation and content libraries. Track bid progress, submission deadlines, and post-submission feedback. Support contract negotiations and clarifications as needed. Identify new bidding opportunities and contribute to business development efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Facilities Management, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in bid management or proposal writing, preferably in FM or related industries. Strong understanding of FM services, contract structures, and procurement processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Desirable Skills:

Knowledge of public and private sector tendering processes. Experience with graphic design tools or bid formatting software. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with project management methodologies.
