We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance & Facilities Management Bid Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing bids for the maintenance & facilities management projects.

Responsibilities:

Analyze bid requirements and collaborate with the bid team to develop winning proposals.

Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for bid submissions.

Manage the bid process from initiation to submission, ensuring timely delivery.

Review and analyze contracts and agreements to ensure alignment with bid requirements.

Maintain a database of bid-related information for future reference and analysis.

Conducting a site estimation involves assessing the conditions and requirements of a specific location for a project. along with communication with suppliers.

Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to develop winning strategies for bid submissions.

Requirements:

Arabic speaker is a must

Experience in air conditioning.

Driving licence is preferred

Proven experience as a Bid Specialist, preferably in the facilities management sector.

Strong knowledge of bid processes, contract management, and facilities management industry practices.

Excellent analytical and research skills.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Proficiency in bid management software and Microsoft Office applications.

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
