Experience Minimum 15 years in: + Sales and marketing in B&I domain

Responsibilities / Authorities / Accountabilities Strategic Business Development Drive growth in B&I sector Conduct comprehensive market analysis Develop client penetration strategies Create competitive intelligence reports Identify and pursue high-potential opportunities Sales Leadership Manage and develop B&I sales team Set and achieve quarterly growth targets Maintain the target of proposal conversion rate Grow and manage sales pipeline Performance gap identification and development planning Client Relationship Management Develop strategic relationships with: + Senior executives
