Summary The BI Analyst supports the organization by transforming raw data into meaningful insights and visually compelling dashboards. This role requires strong analytical skills, advanced PowerPoint presentation abilities, and hands-on experience with leading BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel. The BI Analyst will collaborate with multiple business teams to analyze performance trends, provide timely reports, and support informed decision-making through accurate, data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance BI dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Excel functions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare clean, professional PowerPoint presentations summarizing key insights and recommendations for leadership teams.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Commercial, IT, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver accurate analytical outputs.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across all BI platforms and reporting tools.
• Build automated reporting solutions to reduce manual effort and increase reporting efficiency.
• Utilize SQL or similar query languages to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from internal systems and databases.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and generate performance insights as required by business leaders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or data analysis roles.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau and Power BI (dashboard creation, KPIs, visual storytelling).
• High-level skills in Excel (Pivot tables, Power Query, formula writing, data modelling).
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data.
• Experience with other tools like Google Analytics, Python (basic), Alteryx, Power Automate, or similar is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for a non-technical audience.
