About the role

Work Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (AE)
Reporting To: RD&A Manager

Key responsibilities

Responsible for day-to-Day Lab activity in the Beverage segment through application & innovation using Kerry's flavors and ingredients.
Ensure the laboratory is well-stocked and resourced and that everything is labelled properly and accurately.
Build a Flavour portfolio for various beverage applications by identifying new flavors and collaborating with flavorists and the RDA team.
Keep up to date all technical developments by maintaining RTD Recipes & Records.
Maintain a tidy workspace and ensure that all equipment is in good operating order.
Adopt safe working practices, including abiding by all laws and norms pertaining to environmental protection, health, and safety.
Manage assigned responsibilities independently.

Qualifications and skills

Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology and Food Science
Minimum 1 year experience is an added bonus
Understanding of Analytical, Sensory, Quality methodologies applicable to beverage applications
Must be able to speak and write in Arabic
Excellent research skills and a willingness to grow.
