Ideal Candidate: We are currently seekeing for FRONT OF HOUSE TEAM MEMBERS with focus on BEVERAGE MAKER MUST HAVE 2 YEARS RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE IN UAE in BEVERAGE section- Please don\'t apply without experience Ability to commute/relocate:
- Must be Based in Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) - restaurant is located in Business Bay in Dubai
- Restaurant: minimum 2 years (Required) - MUST TO HAVE MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN RESTAURANT - proven experience is must
- Beverage making knowledge is beneficial

- Food handling experience in restaurant enviroment
- english (Required), Arabic (Beneficial), Italian (Beneficial)
- As a Beverage Maker your duty is to keep your station organised and prepare the mise -en -place for the operation, daily check on the product expiry, maintain date labelling and product name labelling. During the Busy operation may need to help the Front of the House in taking orders and serving
- Your main place of work will be bar area and you will be reporting to beverage supervisor
- You will be responsible for beverage making - coffees, mocktails, juices, mixes etc...
- You will be working back to back with Front Of House team
- Greet and escort customers to their tables (Indoor and outdoor areas) when needed
- Present menu and provide detailed information about restaurant offering and products when asked.
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses on daily basis
- Communicate order details to the Kitchen and FOH Staff.
- Check glassware, dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems to supervisor
- Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area.
- General house keeping duties on daily basis
- Dealing with delivery raiders - orders handling
- Customer Service: Provide courteous, efficient, and personalized service to all guests and ensuring that their dining needs are met promptly and accurately.
- Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with the menu offerings, including descriptions, ingredients, and any special promotions, to assist guests with their selections.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English, Active listening, Confidence, Volume and clarity, Empathy and Responsive
- Upkeep: Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining areas, including tableware, glassware, and utensils.
- Special Requests: Handle any special requests or dietary restrictions from guests and communicate these to In-charge.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen and Front of the House (FOB) staff to ensure timely food and beverage service.
- Upselling: Suggest additional items, such as desserts or beverages, to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Assist in Opening and Closing: Participate in opening and closing procedures, including setup and cleanup of the dining areas.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety and sanitation standards, following company policies and procedures.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and relay feedback from guests to improve service quality.
- Other Duties: Assist in any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the management team.
