ALLOY WHEEL REPAIR SPECIALISTS QATAR
Given below are the repair SERVICES of all kind of light vehicle with alloy wheels, , major tasks, duties, high quality level and responsibilities of the role:
Bend repair job description
Some of the customer has feeling the vibration while driving of the vehicle, suspected that the wheels are not straight. First thing to do is to inspect the wheels for bent damage.
STAFF should be knowledgeable the process listed bellow
Tools:
Hydraulic jack, jack stands, " drive breaker bar, impact gun, " drive impact sockets.Process:
1. Locate factory jack points under vehicle.
2. Attach the proper size socket on the breaker bar and turn counter clockwise to
loosen the lugs in a star pattern
.3. Use the cordless impact gun, set to reverse, to finish removing all lug nuts.
4. Remove wheel and tire from vehicle remembering to lift the wheel with your legs not your back.
5. On the backside of the wheel mark the location of the car from which the wheel came (LF, RF, RR, LR).
6. Check the bent using the tire balancing machine.
7. Repairing the bent using the professional hydraulic machine.
Take note: BENDS COMPROMISING THE STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY The following types of bends could compromise the structural integrity of a wheel and should not be straightened.
. o Any bend in the spoke on a wheel
. o Any severe bend that extends down into the bead seat and barrel of the wheel
. o Any severe bend through the hub of a wheel
Requirements and qualification
Education and technical training certification.
High school diploma.
At least 2 years' experience on the same
Employment certificates
25 - 35 years old
Any nationality
