Job Purpose

Bending of Sheet metal parts, in depth knowledge of engineering drawing, sheet metal bending, bending machine die / punch, clearance etc, CNC punching.

Good understanding of the Drawing.
Delivering productivity.
Maintaining Machine Cleaning and housekeeping.
Arranging WIP in proper manner.
Rejection control and accountability.

TRUMPH bending machine experience is preferred.

Key Accountability

Responsible to perform copper parts bending Operation and Punching
Responsible to perform sheet metal bending Operation and Punching operation
Good understanding of the Drawing.
Delivering productivity.
Maintaining Machine Cleaning and housekeeping.
Arranging WIP in proper manner.
Rejection control and accountability.

Job Context

The position is responsible to produce Copper parts and sheet metal parts with specified drawing and correct manufacturing process.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Minimum Qualifications: ITI or Matriculation

Minimum Experience: 5 Years industrial experience in Sheet metal and Copper bending/punching Process

Job-Specific Skills: Should have good experience CNC Bending/Punching & sound knowledge about mechanical drawing/ BOM.

Behavioural Competencies: should be good team player and go-getting attitude , motivational nature
