Job Description
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
Assist guests with luggage -- loading, unloading, and delivering to/from guest rooms safely and efficiently.
Escort guests to rooms and explain room features, hotel amenities, and services.
Provide directions and information about the hotel, local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.
Arrange transportation services such as taxis, shuttles, or valet requests as needed.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution or proper escalation.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entryway, and luggage storage areas.
Assist front desk staff with guest requests, deliveries, and special arrangements.
Adhere to hotel policies, safety standards, and grooming guidelines.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Physically able to lift and carry heavy luggage. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
