Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused
Bellboy
to join our hospitality team. The Bellboy will be responsible for assisting guests with their luggage, providing information about hotel facilities and local attractions, and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage and transportation needs. Escort guests to their rooms, explain room features, and ensure their comfort. Handle guest luggage during check-in and check-out. Deliver messages, packages, and amenities to guest rooms promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and luggage storage areas. Coordinate with the front desk and concierge to assist guests effectively. Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions. Ensure all guest interactions are professional, polite, and service-oriented.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment preferred (not required). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, customer-service mindset, and neat appearance. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Basic English proficiency (additional languages are a plus).
