Greet and assist guests with luggage and check-in/out procedures
Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
Drive guests safely to and from designated locations as required
Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of hotel vehicles
Assist with errands and other hotel duties as assigned
Requirements:
Valid [Local/International] driving license with clean record
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Well-groomed, polite, and guest-oriented
Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
