Job Description

Job Title: Driver cum BellboyJob Summary:
The Driver cum Bellboy is responsible for providing transportation services to guests and assisting with their luggage and other needs upon arrival and departure. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a valid driver's license, and knowledge of local routes.

Key Responsibilities:

Transportation:

Safely drive guests to and from destinations as requested. Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled. Provide assistance with directions and local attractions.

Bellboy Duties:

Greet guests upon arrival and departure. Assist guests with luggage, ensuring safe and timely delivery to their rooms. Provide information about hotel services and amenities.

Customer Service:

Maintain a professional demeanor and provide exceptional service. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Safety and Compliance:

Follow all traffic laws and hotel policies. Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.

Additional Tasks:

Assist with valet parking if needed. Support front desk operations during busy times. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous experience in a similar role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift heavy luggage and stand for extended periods. Knowledge of local geography and points of interest.

Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
License/Certification:

* Valid UAE driving license (Preferred)
