We want to make our guests\xe2\x80\x99 experiences truly memorable from the very first moment they set foot in one of our hotels. To set the right tone, we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Bell Service Agent capable of leaving no stone unturned in pursuit of complete guest satisfaction.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you\xe2\x80\x99ll mostly be:
- Receive guests in a professional and friendly manner, exceeding guest expectation from arrival through to departure
- Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of the hotel and local services
- Maintain awareness of guest profile through Opera guest profile system
- Ensure that the guest luggage is carried from arrival point to room and from room to departure point on check out
- Handle all messages, mail and packages for guests and employees, ensuring they are delivered at the appropriate time in a professional manner
- Deliver guest messages and other deliveries immediately without delay in a professional manner
- Ensure concierge desk and store room is clean tidy and well organized.
What We need from you:
- Communication and customer service skills
- A High School diploma / qualification. College and university degree would be a bonus
- At least two years\' experience in an upscale hotel / equivalent environment as a Concierge or related discipline
- Good English and local language are essential, any additional languages would be great
