Responsibilities:
Greet arriving and departing guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
Assist guests with luggage, ensuring it is handled safely and efficiently.
Escort guests to their rooms and explain the features and services of the hotel.
Provide information to guests about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.
Offer assistance with transportation arrangements and valet services.
Coordinate with the front desk and concierge to fulfill guest requests.
Deliver messages, packages, and other items to guest rooms as needed.
Maintain a neat and organized bell stand and luggage storage area.
Monitor and report any suspicious or unusual activities in and around the hotel.
Assist with the check-in and check-out processes as needed.
Be prepared to respond to guest inquiries and provide directions or recommendations.
Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Ensure the security and safety of guests and their belongings.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Bell Boy or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
Friendly and welcoming with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing top-notch service.
Physical stamina to handle luggage and stand for extended periods.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
