Job Location - Dubai Salary - AED 1000 + Food + Accommodation + Transport Working hours - 9 hours Company - 4 star/5 star hotel Job Requirements
- At least 2 year experience as Bell Boy or similar role in a four/ five-star hotel
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Local area knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer services driven skills
- Greets all guests at the main entrance politely and courteously and guides them towards the reception desk.
- Assists guests with their luggage for both check-in and check-out.
- Carries guests' luggage to the room upon check-in and brings it down upon check-out.
- Briefs guests on the usage of light switches, TV, radio, Minibar, Telephone facilities etc.
- Controls usage of luggage room ensuring it is kept clean and tidy at all times.
