Job Summary: Looking for a Bell Boy in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Welcome guests with a warm welcome upon arrival and departure, provide assistance with luggage handling, ensuring it is transported to and from their rooms promptly and safely
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, as well as complaints with utmost professionalism and ensure their needs are met promptly and efficiently
Check the guest room for order and adequate supplies and informs guests of room amenities
Maintain a keen eye for safety and security throughout the premises
Keep the lobby area clean and tidy, ensuring it creates a positive first impression for arriving guests
Maintain clear and concise communication with guests as well as colleagues
Update and file errand cards
Adhere to hotel policies as well as procedures, including dress code, punctuality, and attendance
Conduct any other relevant tasks as will be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

The applicant must have at least 1 to 2 years of experience working as bell boy or similar position
Must have a friendly and positive attitude with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues
Should be able to handle physical tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy luggage
Must be able to maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance at all times
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
